- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable in the product description
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Packaging: Please package the item securely to avoid any damage during return shipping. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges
- Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The new order will be subject to our standard shipping and pricing policies.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@youtopix.com with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can correct the issue by sending you the correct item and arranging for the return of the incorrect item.
